BiDIBi e.V. (Bilingual German-Italian Educational Association – Italian-German Cultural Bilingual Association) was founded in 2011 as a non-profit organization to promote the Italian language and culture in Bavaria and Germany. It activated the Leonardo da Vinci bilingual school in Munich, with the Primary School opening in September 2013 and the Gymnasium opening in September 2016. BiDIBi e.V. is registered in Munich's Consular Register (Consular Decree 119 of December 14, 2020). The managing body cooperates with public and private schools in Munich and surrounding districts and with several universities, including Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. It also collaborates with agencies such as Lions Club Mediterraneo, Italian Chamber of Commerce, Caritas, Institute of Culture, ADI, Comites and numerous German bodies including Kultusministerium, Schulamt der Stadt München, MB-Stelle München Hauptstadt, MB-Stelle Oberbayern West, Regierung von Oberbayern, and Bezirk Oberbayern.

Leonardo da Vinci Munich is a private Italo-German school offering a continuous path from primary through Gymnasium.
