Application / Admission fees

- There is no separate one‑off “application fee” stated; a one‑time administration/admission fee is charged when the contract is signed. For Primary and Secondary this administration fee is equal to 2.5 times the monthly parental contribution.
- For the Kindergarten (PhorMinis) a one‑off administration fee of €1,600 is charged. When a child transfers continuously from the kindergarten into the Primary School and the PhorMinis contract has been fulfilled until 31 July of the same year, the administration fee for Primary School is reduced (to a single monthly parental contribution instead of 2.5 times the monthly contribution).

Tuition fees by school level (how fees are calculated and the amounts that apply)

- Kindergarten (crèche and kindergarten): fixed monthly amounts are published for Early Years.
- Crèche (ages 0–3): €870 per month.
- Kindergarten (ages 3–5): income‑based brackets with published monthly amounts:
- Households with gross annual income under €50,000: €650 per month.
- Households with gross annual income €50,000–€150,000: €700 per month.
- Households with gross annual income over €150,000: €750 per month.

- Primary School and Secondary School: tuition is calculated using an income‑based parental contribution model rather than fixed per‑year fees. The monthly tuition contribution for each pupil is determined from the family's gross annual income (from the penultimate calendar year before the school year begins) using the school's contribution calculator. Because the contribution is income‑based, no single fixed fee per year group or per term is published; monthly contributions vary by family income and are then charged in instalments as described below. The admission fee for these levels is charged as 2.5 times the monthly parental contribution. The school also sets a minimum contribution per child of €99 per month.

Other regular charges and optional programme fees

- School lunch (all students take part): €119.50 per month.
- Annual learning‑materials fee: €50 per student, charged yearly.
- Early morning care (daily 7:30–8:20; City campus until 8:30): options are a fixed monthly fee of €62, a single visit fee of €8, or a 10‑visit pass for €62.
- Afternoon / after‑school programme (flexible day options):
- 1 day/week: €46 per month.
- 2 days/week: €92 per month.
- 3 days/week: €138 per month.
- 4 days/week: €164 per month.
- 5 days/week: €184 per month.
- Day attendance: €21 per month.
- 10‑visit pass: €155.
- Holiday programme (German‑English holiday camps and holiday clubs): programmes and prices are offered seasonally; holiday camps are available for children aged 5–12.
