Application & registration fees

- Day‑care / preschool admission: on entry to the Reception (preschool) a one‑off admission fee equal to 1% of the family's gross income from the relevant reference year is charged (the standard EUR 250 administration fee is offset against this and becomes payable when entering primary school).
Tuition / Monthly school fees (by provision)
- Primary School (Grundschule): Monthly school fee EUR 250 per child. Annual equivalent (12 months) EUR 3,000. Sibling discounts apply: 25% for the second child, 50% for the third child, 75% for the fourth child. Families with gross annual income under EUR 40,000 may qualify for a reduced school fee of EUR 50 per month.
- Secondary School (Gymnasium): Monthly school fee EUR 250 per child. Annual equivalent EUR 3,000. The same sibling discounts and income‑based reduced fee arrangements apply.
- Day care / Kita (before Reception): Monthly Friends' Association membership / parental contribution for children in the day‑care phase before Reception is EUR 128 per month. From Reception (preschool) onwards the parental contribution is income‑based and (for the 2025/26 reference) set at 0.315% of the family's gross income from the relevant reference year. The one‑off Reception admission charge (1% of the reference income) applies on entry to Reception as noted above.
Fees by year group and how they are billed
- Primary and Secondary: the published fee model uses a flat monthly tuition amount (EUR 250 per month per child). Fees are collected as 12 monthly instalments (monthly billing); the annual equivalent is EUR 3,000 per child.
- Day care / Reception: charges depend on voucher hours and family income; the Friends' Association monthly contribution (EUR 128 before Reception) or the income‑based contribution from Reception apply. One‑off Reception admission charge is calculated as described above.
Catering, learning materials, care and other recurring costs
- School meals (catering): EUR 89 per month (standard lunch service) plus an optional contribution of EUR 11 per month for sugar‑free drinks and a healthy afternoon snack. All pupils take part in the school lunch system.
- Material contribution: EUR 5 per month per pupil for learning materials, plus an additional one‑off year‑start materials charge that varies by year group (typically in the range EUR 20–80 at the beginning of the school year).
- Full‑day / after‑school care: offered before school (from 7:30) and after school (until 18:00). The standard rate shown for one hour of daily after‑school care is EUR 30 per month (this is charged in addition to the monthly school fee). Income‑based reductions and sibling discounts for care apply in certain cases.
- Holiday care: available during 9 of the 12 weeks of the school holidays. Holiday weeks are booked at the start of the school year and are charged at EUR 120 per week; a flexible week option (six selectable days) is charged at the same EUR 120 rate.
- Additional costs that may arise during the year: school uniform / starter‑set purchases, contributions for school trips and excursions, optional paid afternoon courses or external providers, and occasional equipment or excursion charges.
Uniforms and one‑off items

- Boarding is not applicable. Phorms Campus Hamburg operates as a day school with all‑day care options; there are no published boarding fees.

- Fees are collected in advance via monthly instalments. Refunds, any adjustments and termination terms are managed through the school contract and contractual conditions; the school's published information specifies that contributions are collected in advance and via direct debit.
