The Friends' Association of Phorms Schools Hamburg e.V. has supported the bilingual school since 2008 as a recognised non-profit organisation. It is formed by dedicated parents, teachers, and friends who work together to foster an inspiring learning environment. The association funds improvements to facilities, supports low student-to-staff ratios and co-teaching, enables extended after-school care, and finances scholarships to ensure broad access to the Phorms concept. Contributions come from membership fees, donations, and events, and membership requests are coordinated through the association. The association is chaired by Dr Klaus Andreas Nagel.
