Lincoln Community School sits on an East Campus with the Akyedeɛ Building (the Elementary School) opened in 2021 and the Nilee Building (the Secondary School) opened in 2024. The Elementary Building houses the Elementary School and its library, with space for art and design, while the Secondary Building houses the MS/HS library. A Makerspace provides laser printers and 3D printing equipment and includes design classrooms and display areas. The campus houses two libraries with physical spaces and online resources, and the library is described as the cornerstone of the campus. After-school activity programs and a Summer Camp offer extended learning opportunities beyond the regular day.
Athletics include swimming, basketball, soccer and volleyball. There is a swimming pool on the East Campus.

The campus master plan includes redevelopment of middle and high school classrooms, with phase 1 completed in February 2021 and the new three‑story elementary building opened.
After-school activity programs are offered, and service learning is embedded in the curriculum and after-school programs. The Arts program includes music, drama, film and IB Art Show, with a black box theatre and a soundproofed auditorium and school bands with concerts. A five‑week Summer Camp runs each summer and welcomes both LCS students and students from other schools. Athletics include swimming, basketball, soccer and volleyball.
