Language Provision

English language support is provided for students in Grades 1-10 with specialist consultation available in Grades 11 and 12. All new learners of English participate as fully as possible in the school's complete curriculum through a sheltered immersion approach. EAL levels are determined through WIDA, previous teacher reports and students' language backgrounds.

Lincoln Community School is an IB World School and non‑profit international school located in Abelemkpe, Accra, Ghana. The school delivers the Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme alongside an American curriculum, with U.S. standards guiding learning across grades. The campus features two libraries, a dedicated Elementary building (Akyedeɛ) opened in 2021 and a Secondary building (Nilee) opened in 2024, plus a Makerspace with laser printers and 3D printing for project‑based work.
