Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are invoiced on a termly basis. Tuition payment arrangements must be completed on or before the first day of each term. Failure to meet payment deadlines may trigger late-payment penalties and sanctions, which can include temporary exclusion of the pupil until all outstanding fees are paid in full.
- All fees are invoiced and payable in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Exchange rates for any published foreign-currency equivalents are set periodically by school management and aligned with the interbank rate.

Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable. The school operates with day supervision hours (for example, supervised hours such as 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM are provided), and no boarding facility fees are published.

Other costs and typical additional charges
- Uniforms: All pupils are required to wear a regulation school uniform. Uniforms are available from the school office; uniform purchase is an additional cost to families.
- External examination and assessment fees: Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge AS/A Level examinations and any associated examination or registration fees are charged in addition to tuition where applicable.
- School trips, immersion programmes and special excursions: Termly weekend excursions and optional programmes (for example, a French immersion summer programme) are organised and are additional to tuition; associated participation costs are charged separately.
- Miscellaneous charges: Standard incidental or activity charges (for specific clubs, extra-curricular trips, specialist resources, medical or nursing services beyond basic care, and replacement items such as lost ID cards or library fines) may be applied as required; such charges are billed separately.

Refund information
- Fee payments are required by the published payment deadlines and are subject to the school's fee and admissions policies. Refunds or adjustments (if any) are handled according to the school's internal fee procedures and finance office processes.

Fee payment options and arrangements
- Payment is arranged through the school's admissions/finance administration and must be completed by the first day of term. Fees are invoiced in Ghana Cedis and parents are required to make payments in GHS; foreign-currency equivalents may be published for guidance but payments are settled in GHS at the school's exchange rate. For specific payment methods and to arrange payment (e.g., bank transfer, on-site payment at the Front Office, or other accepted methods), contact the school's admissions or finance office directly.
