1. Applications window and review: Applications for the Anatolia & Pinewood IB Diploma Programme for 2026-27 are accepted from December 1, 2025 through April 24, 2026. Applications submitted after the deadline are considered based on space availability and subject offerings. Decisions on admissions are announced during April–May. Applicants may be asked to sit a diagnostic or placement exam in English and/or Mathematics as part of the review. 2. How to apply and required documents: Complete the online application via the parent portal and attach the required documents: a copy of passport or identity card, transcripts for grades 9 and 10, financial documents and a letter of interest if applying for need-based scholarships, and a small photograph. The online portal also facilitates arranging a face-to-face appointment if desired. 3. Assessments during the review: Most applicants will be asked to sit an English language placement test, and some may participate in an English language testing activity on campus. All applicants will be interviewed by a teacher/advisor as part of the process. 4. After submission and subject selection: After the IB application is finally submitted, the second part of the application is automatically created to allow the applicant to select the subjects to enroll in, in accordance with program regulations. The applicant should complete the subject registration and submit the final plan. 5. Acceptance and enrollment steps: If admitted, the parent/guardian must confirm enrollment by paying a non-refundable deposit of 2,000 euros. This deposit secures the place in the programme. 6. Waitlist and final decisions: The school announces decisions to accept, reject, or wait-list during April–May. Late applications may be considered based on space. Students with Greek HS grade averages below 16.5/20 or a Greek MYP grade of B (80%) or 5.5/7 are automatically waitlisted and should not expect a place before final results are known. Wait-listed students may be interviewed by a committee as part of the process.

Wait-listed students and/or late applicants may be interviewed by a committee as part of the process.

IBDP Scholarships: Two kinds of scholarships are offered. a) Scholarships that cover 25% to 100% of the annual tuition fees, based on financial need and academic criteria. Income thresholds apply: up to 26,000 euros for 100% coverage; up to 36,000 euros for up to 75% coverage; up to 60,000 euros for 25% to 50% coverage. The Scholarship Committee may visit the candidate's residence for 75%–100% scholarships. Need-based scholarships require supporting documents (copies of Ekatharistiko, tax declarations, property declaration, and a letter explaining family financial circumstances). The deadline to apply for these scholarships is April 24, 2026, and the 2026 scholarship examination is scheduled for Saturday, April 25, 2026. b) Scholarships that cover 10% of the annual tuition fees and are not based on financial need. These require no additional documents beyond the normal application and should be indicated on the application. Scholarships are awarded for one year and renewed if the student maintains the required grade average and the family financial situation remains unchanged. Anatolia Scholarships (general): Anatolia provides scholarships funded by endowments and donations; around 28% of students currently receive scholarships ranging from 100% to 25% of tuition. To date, more than 1,000 scholarships have been awarded based on financial need and performance. Scholarships are awarded through exams and interviews held annually in Thessaloniki and in other cities across Greece.
