The school has after-school clubs across the Primary and Secondary divisions, broadening students' creativity, social skills and critical thinking. A variety of clubs is offered, including soccer, basketball, volleyball, gymnastics, karate, tennis, swimming, art, dance, STEAM and choir, with new activities added each term. In Middle and High School, the school has an Interscholastic Programme with three team sports (soccer, volleyball and basketball) at junior and senior levels, and participation in local and international tournaments. The University Placement Office provides guidance for university applications and coordinates university representation, fairs and orientation activities.
The school has a broad Art and Performance program with events such as a Christmas Bazaar featuring the ISA Choir and student performances, a Classical Evening Concert, and an After School Theatre Production. An annual Student Art Exhibition showcases work by IB Diploma Visual Arts students, with younger students also displaying artwork. The school has a Tradition of performing arts events including a Talent Show at year's end.
The school has additional world languages from Grade 1 onwards—French, Spanish, German and Arabic. The school has an International Day that celebrates the community's multicultural identity with booths, displays, costumes and international cuisine. International School of Athens (ISA) is a private, coeducational international school in Greece serving ages 3–18. English is the language of instruction with EAL support as needed. ISA is an IB World School accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA-CESS), offering the PYP, MYP and DP. The DP is available alongside the College Preparatory Programme, and the ISA High School Diploma is recognized by the Greek Ministry of Education as equivalent to apolytirio.
