Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Submit a completed application form along with supporting documents. Academic records from the previous school year are required. A photocopy of the student's passport or identity card (non-Greek citizens) is required. Two passport-sized photographs must be provided, along with a recent medical health certificate and the birth certificate. These documents establish eligibility for admission and assist with grade placement. 2. Grade placement is based on age and will be strictly followed to determine the appropriate grade level. A trial period of two weeks to one month is observed, and placement can be reviewed after thorough consultation with all parties concerned. 3. Tuition and payment details apply to enrollment. The tuition fee and extras (homework club, lunch, school bus, uniforms, etc.) are paid monthly, for 10 months for Primary/KG3/KG2 and 11 months for KG1/Nursery, in equal parts. Because class sizes are limited, charges are calculated for the full school year regardless of attendance duration. Starting in September or October requires 100% of tuition; starting in November reduces to 90%, then 80% in December, 70% in January, 60% in February, 50% in March, and 40% in April. Mid-year withdrawals for serious reasons require advance notice and charges are calculated based on the month of departure. 4. Enrollment scheduling. To arrange a meeting with the Head of School, contact the main office. School begins on September 12 for KG2, KG3 and Primary, and on September 7 for Nursery and KG1; the timetable and staff training days are published in the Parents' Agenda. These dates provide the framework for the first day of classes.
