Fee Breakdown

Fees
Application fees

- The school requires payment of admission-related fees and a deposit to secure an offered place; no fixed public amount for an application or registration fee is published in the school's publicly available admissions and parents' documents.

Tuition fees by year group (structure, not numeric amounts)

- The school operates an International Nursery, Kindergarten (KG1, KG2, KG3) and Primary (Grades 1–6) structure; tuition is charged for each of these year groups.
- The school's published materials do not include a publicly posted table of numeric tuition amounts by year group for the 2026/27 or 2025/26 academic years.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition and extra-cost items (homework club, lunch, school bus, uniform, etc.) are billed in equal monthly instalments:
- Primary (Grades 1–6) and KG2/KG3: billed across 10 equal monthly payments.
- KG1 and Nursery: billed across 11 equal monthly payments.
- Tuition for a class is calculated for the full school year regardless of the actual duration of attendance.
- The school applies a prorating/charging schedule based on the month of entry and on the month of mid‑year withdrawal. Entry-charge percentages by start month are: September 100%, October 100%, November 90%, December 80%, January 70%, February 60%, March 50%, April 40%. Mid-year withdrawal charge percentages by departure month are: September 40%, October 50%, November 60%, December 70%, January 80%, February 90%, March 100%, April 100%.
- Certain additional, one-off assessment or programme charges apply for new students and for specific grades (for example, a differentiated assessment for new students and for Grade 1, and an outdoor classroom charge for Grade 1).

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not applicable. The school provides Nursery, Kindergarten and Primary day provision; published materials describe day programmes, aftercare and optional paid activities but do not describe any boarding or residential provision.

Other costs or fees (typical extras and one-off charges)

- Recurring/periodic extras or optional services that are charged in addition to tuition include:
- Homework club / afternoon programme (extra cost).
- School lunch (charged separately).
- School bus / transportation (extra fee).
- Uniform (additional cost).
- Extracurricular activities and clubs (additional fees).
- One-off or occasional charges referenced in the school documents include:
- Differentiated assessment charge for new entrants and Grade 1 assessment.
- Outdoor classroom fee for Grade 1 (weekly outdoor activity).
- Screening/assessment related to Special Educational Needs where additional specialist support is required (may result in charges for specific services).

Refund information and withdrawal rules

- The school's published refund/charging policy is based on the month of entry and the month of mid‑year withdrawal; parents must notify the administration at least one month prior to departure for withdrawal considerations. The specific percentage schedule for entrance and mid‑year withdrawal is provided above in the Billing schedule section. Exemption from the standard charges for mid‑year withdrawal may be considered only in serious circumstances (for example, medical reasons or family relocation).

Fee payment options

- The school's admissions materials require payment of the fees or, if an employer will pay, a Letter of Financial Guarantee from the employer before the due date; the publicly available admissions and parents' agenda materials do not publish a definitive list of accepted payment channels (for example, explicit public statements about credit card acceptance or bank‑transfer IBAN details).

Brief summary of findings and remaining information gaps

- The school's published Parents' Agenda and Admissions Policy set out the billing structure, instalment counts (10 months for most Primary/KG2/KG3 and 11 months for Nursery/KG1), categories of extras, and the precise percentage schedule used for entry and mid‑year withdrawal charging. These documents do not, however, publish numeric tuition amounts, a publicly posted application/registration fee amount, nor a public list of accepted payment channels for the 2026/27 or 2025/26 academic years. As a result, exact per‑term or per‑year tuition figures and exact application/registration fee figures are not available in the school's published materials consulted.
