1. Submit an admissions application for the upcoming school year.
2. Pre-K to Grade 5: attend an intake interview with the Elementary Principal (in-person or online) with parents and child present.
3. Grades 6-12: take an admissions test at the Middle & High School campus; only students who pass advance to a principal interview.
4. Provide required documents: birth certificate, parent/student ID, health forms, vaccination records, and proof of previous studies (translated and notarised if applicable).
5. English proficiency: no testing for Pre-K to Grade 5; A2 level for Grades 6-8; B1 level for Grades 9-11.
6. Pay the capital levy (enrollment fee) and re-enrollment deposit (EUR 2,000, credited to tuition).
Pinewood is an American international school in Thessaloniki, Greece, offering education from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12. The school provides an American diploma with Greek equivalency, along with the IB Diploma Programme (through an Anatolia partnership), Advanced Placement courses, and Global Online Academy courses. Boarding is available. The school is accredited by MSA and is affiliated with the IBO, College Board, AAIE, COIS, NESA, and the U.S. State Department Office of Overseas Schools.
