The school supports social and emotional development through inclusive education. Inclusion recognizes all students as individuals with their own values, regardless of their mental, physical, or cultural differences, to help each student reach their full potential. Teachers identify special educational needs through observation and develop personalized learning plans. They use inclusive teaching approaches, notably peer tutoring (learning and helping among peers) and laboratory-based teaching to promote participation. The school monitors the progress of students with BES and evaluates the effectiveness of interventions. A coherent assessment approach aligns with individualized learning paths, and staff undertake ongoing inclusion training to tailor interventions for challenging cases.
