St Catherine's Model United Nations (SCMUN) develops problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and negotiation skills through UN-style simulations. Members participate in many conferences and gain experience in MUN's aspects. The school hosts SCMUN, its own conference, on February 20–21, 2027, to foster learning in diplomacy and international relations.
The school fosters global citizenship with a focus on multicultural, multi-faith, and multi-racial understanding within the context of cultural pluralism, promoting cultural awareness and international-mindedness.
SCMUN is an extracurricular activity offering social engagement through debate, collaboration, and public speaking. Inter-house activities and the School Council involvement support pupil participation in school improvement and student life.
SCMUN has a Secretariat and Student Officers who oversee planning and execution of the conference. A dedicated Organising Team coordinates SCMUN activities and mentors younger members, providing leadership development and project-management experience.
St. Catherine's British School offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme for students aged 3 to 18, with English as the language of instruction. The curriculum provides a broad range of DP subjects, including Mathematics (Analysis and Approaches) and Mathematics (Applications and Interpretation), Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Economics, Geography, History, Psychology, Computer Science, Visual Arts, Theatre, and Music.
