Chess Club is offered as part of the Beyond the Classroom program. Homework Club is available as part of after-school activities. A broad range of after-school activities supports social interaction and hobbies.
Service Learning Projects are part of Verita's program, with meaningful community service that exposes students to active engagement in real-world contexts. Student councils devote substantial fundraising toward Service Learning Projects and Verita Foundation Initiatives.
Student Council develops leadership skills and advocates for student well-being. Beginning in Year 4, elected student body and class officers work together to serve their fellow classmates and organize campus events.
The athletics program includes basketball, football, track and field, badminton, and tennis, with additional activities such as badminton, martial arts, swimming, and other physical activities offered in the After School Program. Verita also emphasizes well-being with internal programs that promote student and staff safety, kindness, and a caring environment.
Verita International School in Athens provides an international education for ages 2 to 18. Verita follows the National Curriculum for England & Wales with progression from early years through IGCSE and A-Levels. The Primary School delivers the National Curriculum through the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), with Greek language and second languages including French, and Social Emotional Ethical Learning integrated across the curriculum. The school blends IEYC/IPC/IMYC through Fieldwork Education to create interdisciplinary units, supported by Emory University's Social, Emotional and Ethical Learning program. Literacy and numeracy are enhanced by Literary Tree reading and White Rose Maths, with English Language Learner support and a broad arts and sports program. The Secondary School extends to IMYC in Years 7–9, IGCSEs in Years 10–11, and A-Levels in Years 12–13, with internships and career exploration opportunities.
