The Elsa High School Campus offers the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) for Grades 6-10 and the IB Diploma Programme (DP) for Grades 11-12. The programme integrates international, religious and secular education with an international perspective rooted in Jewish ethos, philosophy and values, and emphasizes partnerships among staff, students, parents and the community. DP results for May 2025 show an average Diploma score of 38.2, with 43% of students scoring 40 or more and a 100% pass rate.
Anneke Patria Dance Studio and Black Box Theatre support the Performing Arts at Elsa High School Campus.
Hebrew Library and conference room are available on campus to support Hebrew language and Jewish cultural studies.

Carmel’s Elsa High School Campus (Grades 6–12) delivers the IB MYP and DP in a Jewish international setting on Hong Kong Island’s east side, at Shau Kei Wan. Students progress through the MYP (Grades 6–10) to the DP (Grades 11–12), with IB subjects that include multiple Language A choices and Language Acquisition options in French, Hebrew, Chinese, Spanish, Japanese, and Italian. The school highlights STEAM and robotics, with a dedicated space and programme, and offers extensive co-curriculars such as music, drama, debate, and rehearsals for the Elsa Musical.
