2. Submit Online Application
Applications are submitted through the school’s online admissions portal, along with a non-refundable application fee. Applicants must upload supporting documents such as recent school reports, birth certificates, and proof of identity.
3. Interview Stage
Year 1: Applicants participate in a first-round group interview, followed by a second-round individual interview for shortlisted candidates. Parents of shortlisted applicants are also invited for a meeting.
Year 7: Both group and individual interviews are conducted, with parents invited to share their views on education and school partnership.
Transfer students: Interviews are held only if vacancies exist, and shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly.
4. Results and Offers
After interviews, the school notifies families of admission results via email. Successful applicants receive offer letters with instructions for registration and payment of the first fee installment.
5. Registration and Enrolment
Accepted applicants must complete enrolment procedures within the stated period to confirm their place. Families may also apply for Fee Remission or Scholarship schemes at this stage if eligible.
ELCHK Lutheran Academy offers a Scholarship Scheme designed to recognize students with strong academic performance or outstanding achievements in specific areas such as service, leadership, or creativity. Scholarship applications are reviewed according to set criteria, and successful candidates may receive partial tuition reductions. The school also runs a Fee Remission Scheme to assist families with demonstrated financial need. Both programmes are managed internally, and application forms are available through the school’s admissions office or website.
The school does not operate a general waitlist or pool system. However, for transfer students, interviews are arranged only when vacancies are available. Applicants who are not shortlisted or when grade levels are full are not automatically placed on a rolling waitlist.
