1. Complete the Online Application Form
Parents start by submitting the school’s online application form for the relevant level (Playgroup, Children Centre, Kindergarten or Primary). The child must meet the age requirement for the grade applied to.
2. Submit Required Documents & Pay Fee
Along with the online form, families upload documents such as previous school report (for 3–5 year olds) and child’s Hong Kong visa status if applicable. A non-refundable application fee of HKD 500 is charged for most applicants.
3. School Visit and Child Activity Session
If the application is processed, the school schedules a visit for the family, and the child participates in a play-session or assessment in English, Chinese (Putonghua) and, for Primary applicants, mathematics. During this visit parents meet school leadership to discuss the child’s background and the school’s programme.

When accepted subject to space availability, the school sends a written placement offer. Parents must complete the registration process (including payment of fees, signing of contracts) by the date stated in the offer letter.
