The school sits on a Y2K-era campus with a 7,000-square-meter New Annex. The campus includes standardized classrooms, specialist rooms and laboratories, and modern facilities that support a broad, diversified education and effective learning. The facilities provide a spacious, well-equipped environment that supports diverse teaching and learning activities. The NPL library was renovated in June 2023 to function as a learning hub with dedicated spaces for study, discussion, and media work.
The gym room hosts fitness programs and trains school team members; some PE lessons take place there. The race track supports on-campus training for the Athletics Team. The indoor swimming pool supports the PE curriculum and school team training; the pool is sterilized with a Miox mixed-oxidant disinfection system and has a drowning-detection system for safety. The long jump pit complements on-campus athletics training.
The Astronomy and Meteorology Science Centre is a core science facility with computer-controlled telescope access for star gazing activities. The Star Gazing Corner, featuring two domes and large refractors, is among the largest in Hong Kong secondary schools. The Chinese Medicine Research Centre houses FTIR and HPLC equipment for Chinese medicine research. STEAM Labs on the seventh floor (Rooms 711 and 709) include a Garage workshop and a multi-purpose space for STEAM activities. The NPL library, founded in 2003 and renovated in June 2023, serves as a learning hub with Chinese and English resources, book display areas, self-study spaces, a discussion room, a small theater, and a printing room.
Campus TV Station enables students to broadcast live programs in English and Putonghua. The Conference Room hosts meetings and full-day Model United Nations programmes. The Exchange Room serves as the Exchange Programme Centre for exhibitions and hosting visitors from overseas sister schools. Multipurpose Rooms 1-5 provide spaces for meetings, interviews, counselling, student support, and PTA activities. The New Era Hall and the Mini Hall host large-scale events, while the Orchestra Room supports rehearsals and performances by music groups. Student hostels provide on-campus boarding with shared facilities and wardens to support daily life.
Po Leung Kuk Ngan Po Ling College is a co-educational secondary school in To Kwa Wan, Kowloon, established in 2003.
