ECAs take place after school and are led by dedicated teachers with a flat participation fee. Clubs run during the school term and do not occur on public holidays or during adverse weather. Some ECAs are run by external providers, and scheduling is coordinated on site; there is no contractual arrangement between QBS/ESF and the providers.
