The school is located at 33 MacDonnell Road, Hong Kong. The campus includes general facilities such as a Chapel, Library, Lecture Theatre, School Hall, Cafeteria, and Archive and Exhibition Galleries. A Residence Hall provides Common Room, multi-bed rooms, and a Study Room. Academic spaces include laboratories for Biology, Chemistry, Integrated Science and Physics, a Makerlab, and specialized rooms for Visual Art, Music, Computer, and Geography.
The campus provides a Basketball Court, Dance Studio, Fitness Training Centre, Gymnasium, Indoor Games Hall, Swimming Pool, and Table Tennis Room. These facilities support physical education, team sports, and recreational activities. The Swimming Pool enables competitive swimming training. The Indoor Games Hall accommodates a range of indoor sports. The space arrangement supports school-wide sports programs.

Academic clubs cover subjects such as Art, Biology, Chemistry, Chinese and Putonghua, Economics, Geography, History, Mathematics, Physics, and English. There are community service and interest/service groups including Astronomy, Chess, Christian Fellowship, Drama, Model United Nations, and Leadership Programmes. Music programs include Treble Choir, Senior Mixed Voice Choir, Symphony Orchestra, Camerata Strings, Wind Band, and Instrumental Classes. Sports offerings include Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Cross Country, Dance, Fencing, Football, Handball, Indoor Rowing, Swimming, Table-tennis, and Volleyball. Uniform groups include Girl Guides and Scouts.
St. Paul’s Co-educational College (SPCC) is a Hong Kong secondary school (Grades 7–12) offering two senior pathways: the local Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). English is the medium of instruction for all subjects except Chinese, which is taught in Putonghua (F1–F3) with other Chinese subjects in Cantonese. The campus at 33 MacDonnell Road includes the Chong Yau Pak Wan Residence Hall, providing boarding places for up to 79 students. SPCC is well known for music, with multiple choirs and orchestras rehearsing weekly, and it hosts wide-ranging clubs across academics, arts, sports and service. Signature experiences include Student Activities Week, a “Rites of Passage” programme in Australia for Grade 9, and participation in the International Student Science Conference.
