BBIA requires all students to wear the BBIA uniform. Uniform guidelines include white collared shirts or polo shirts; plain navy trousers, skirts, or dresses; navy knitwear; plain dark leather shoes; ties from Year 10; option for tailored options for dietary or religious clothing preferences; PE kit included; uniforms can be purchased from the in-house uniform shop or online through the BBIA Store.
All students are offered a daily school lunch with tailored options including standard meals, vegetarian, lactose-free, gluten-free, and other dietary accommodations. Meals are freshly prepared, nutritious, and child-friendly, and an on-campus café provides daily snacks and drinks; students may also bring their own packed lunch.
The Governing Board of BBIA includes a Chairman, Drazen Latinovic, and board members Branca Latinovic, Alexander Latinovic, Nastasja Latinovic, and Wang Huajing.
Budapest British International Academy (BBIA) is an international school serving ages 4 to 18 with a British curriculum framework. The school offers Early Years Foundation Stage, Edexcel IGCSE and International A Levels, with a Sixth Form for years 12–13. The programme is designed for global mobility, with English taught at IGCSE and A Level and an English as an Additional Language (EAL) support. Since opening in 2008, BBIA has expanded from Kids Kiosk and First Steps to a unified primary and secondary campus in 2024, located in Budapest's 2nd district and now at a purpose-built campus on Árpád Fejedelem útja 79. The campus houses large, bright classrooms with smart boards, dedicated spaces for Art, Music, and Science, a dining area, an outdoor sport pitch, a younger-student playground, and swimming lessons. The school emphasizes real-world learning through trips, clubs, MUN, World Scholar's Cup, and residential travel, fostering citizenship and university pathways.
