BBIA — General note on fee availability
As of March 17, 2026, Budapest British International Academy (BBIA) does not publish a public, itemised schedule of tuition amounts by year group or per term in its publicly available admissions and policy documents. The school's admissions materials and application form describe payment methods, billing practices and terms but do not list numeric tuition amounts, deposits or application‑fee figures for the 2026/27 or 2025/26 academic years.

Application fees
- No specific application fee amount is listed in the school's application form or admissions material. The application form provides fields for submitting an application and for billing information but does not show a published ‘‘application fee'' figure.

Tuition fees by year group (per term / per year)
- The school does not publish a public fee table showing tuition by year group or per term in its publicly available admissions documents. Numeric tuition amounts per year group or per term are therefore not provided in the school's publicly available materials. Parents should use the school's admissions contact channels to obtain a current, itemised fee schedule.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Billing frequency: The application form allows selection of fees paid either annually or termly (the form includes checkboxes for “Annually” or “Termly”).
- Timing and advance payment: School fees are charged in advance. The school's education agreement states that fees are billed in advance and that an annual discount is available if one year's fees are paid in full on or before the invoice due date.
- Notice and withdrawal: A parent/guardian must give three (3) months' written notice before removing a student; failure to give the required notice may result in a term's tuition being charged in lieu of notice.
- Currency and bank charges: When fees are paid in a currency other than that shown on the invoice, the payment received must match the invoice value; parents are responsible for foreign exchange differences and bank charges.

Payment methods and fee‑payment options
- Methods listed on the application form: Bank transfer and cash are explicitly provided as payment methods on the application form. The form does not list credit card payment as an option in the published application form fields.
- Parent portal: The school operates a parents' portal / ManageBac link for families (accounts and invoicing are managed via the school's administrative channels). Specific online payment gateways are not shown in the public application form.

Boarding fees (if applicable)
- Boarding: No boarding provision or boarding fees are published in the school's public admissions or policy materials. BBIA's admissions documents and school pages present the school as a day school; no boarding fee schedule is listed.

Other costs and typical additional fees
- After‑school clubs: Homework Club and Education City are free; most other after‑school clubs are charged. Published club prices include amounts of 2,000 HUF or 2,500 HUF per class for extracurricular clubs as shown in the school's clubs information.
- School lunch: Daily school lunch is provided with tailored dietary options. A current lunch menu is published, but a per‑pupil lunch price is not published in the public lunch page.
- School bus: A door‑to‑door school bus service is available (outsourced to a partner); the bus service is priced by route/quote and no fixed, public price table is published.
- Uniforms: School uniform is required; uniforms are available from the school's in‑house uniform shop (official online store is referenced). Uniform prices are not published on the uniform information page.
- Trips, exam, materials and exam centre fees: The school operates as a Pearson Edexcel exam centre; separate exam fees, curriculum‑related materials, field trips and optional activity costs may be invoiced in addition to tuition (no public itemised amounts are published in the admissions materials).

Refund and refund‑related terms
- Refunds and absence: The application form and education agreement state that school fees are charged in advance and are not refundable. Unless exceptional circumstances apply, refunds are not given for student absence. The school's agreement also states that if a student is withdrawn without the required written notice, the parent/guardian will be required to pay the term's tuition in lieu of notice. The school may withhold refunds in the case of serious misconduct resulting in removal from the school.

Deposit and refundable holding fees
- There is no published numeric amount for a refundable deposit or reservation fee in the application form or admissions documents that are publicly available. No specific deposit figure appears in the school's publicly posted application or policy documents.

Summary — what is and is not published
- What is published and specific: The school's application form and admissions agreement set out payment mechanics and terms (advance billing, annual/termly options, three months' notice, responsibility for bank charges, non‑refundable policy, permitted payment methods listed as bank transfer and cash). The site publishes specific small fees for many after‑school clubs (2,000/2,500 HUF per class).
- What is not published publicly: Numeric tuition amounts per year group or per term, application‑fee amounts, deposit/reservation fees and a public fee schedule for 2026/27 (or 2025/26) are not published in the school's public admissions or policy documents accessible without an admissions‑office enquiry.

School contacts for fee information (published contact details)
- Email: office@bbiacademy.net. Phone: +36 30 563 5528. School address appears on published admissions material. Use these contacts to request an itemised, up‑to‑date fee schedule and invoice terms directly from the school's admissions/finance office.

(Brief note on web search outcome: the school's publicly available admissions PDFs and pages supply the contractual payment terms and a small number of extra‑charge items (for example after‑school club class fees), but they do not include a public, itemised tuition schedule by year group or per term for AY 2026/27 or AY 2025/26.)
