Tuition and annual dues (per year / per term)

The only published fee figure for admission is the required first installment of annual dues: INR 90,000 (first installment for domestic students) and INR 190,000 (first installment for NRI students). These amounts are presented as the first installment of annual dues required at admission.

Billing schedule and payment terms

Boarding / hostel fees
- Akal Academy Baru Sahib operates as a fully residential (boarding) campus; boarding applies to students admitted to on‑campus programmes.
- The school does not publish a general annual boarding fee schedule in its public admission materials. One published, event‑specific figure (for visiting teams during a hosted tournament) is INR 500 per person per day (including bedding) and a refundable security deposit of INR 3,000 for that event; this is specific to tournament accommodation and does not constitute a published annual boarding fee schedule for enrolled students.

Refund information
- Admission fee and the first installment of annual dues are explicitly stated as non‑refundable. For event visitors (tournament teams) the guidance shows a refundable security deposit (INR 3,000) in that specific context; no general policy for refunds of other fees or refundable deposits for enrolled students is published in the public admission materials.

Fee payment options and bank details
- For the admission first installment the school lists payment by cash or Demand Draft (D.D.) in favour of Akal Academy, Baru Sahib, payable at SBI, Gurdwara Baru Sahib (Bank Code: 11784). Other payment methods (credit card, online bank transfer/NEFT/RTGS, direct debit) are not listed in the publicly available admission instructions.

Summary of publicly available fee information and next step
- Published, itemised fees by class/year and per term are not available in the school's public admission pages. The specific, published items are limited to: (a) the requirement that an admission fee and first installment be paid at admission and that these are non‑refundable; and (b) the stated first installment amounts (INR 90,000 for domestic students; INR 190,000 for NRI students).
