The school operates in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, with two campuses: Palavakkam (3, MGR Salai, Palavakkam, Chennai 600041) and Alwarpet (Marys Road, Alwarpet, Chennai 600018).
IB Continuum: PYP, MYP, DP.
Application fee
- Application (online) fee: INR 2,500 (non-refundable).
Tuition fees (structure and published figures)
- Tuition is charged on a semester basis; the school accepts either the semester tuition payment or an upfront payment for the full academic year. Tuition is strictly non-prorated for mid‑semester entry.
- The school's publicly listed day‑school annual tuition figure in school directories is INR 300,000 per year (single annual figure reported for the day school). The school does not publish a publicly available, line‑by‑line fee table showing per‑grade/per‑term amounts in its published handbook and admissions pages.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Billing cadence: tuition is arranged by semester with the option to pay the full year upfront; exact semester dates and installment deadlines are communicated by the school each year. Mid‑semester admissions require payment of the full semester fee; tuition is not prorated.
- Payment deadlines: all fees must be paid within the periods the school communicates; late payments incur a penalty of Rs. 200 per day. After repeated reminders, unpaid accounts may result in removal from school records and recovery of unpaid sums from the caution deposit.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable; the school operates as a day school with on‑campus day programmes and school transport. (Transport services and related fees are provided; see transport section.)
Other costs and typical additional fees
- Transport (school bus): a separate transport fee applies. Transport fees are payable before service starts, are not refundable or prorated, and cover both pick‑up and drop‑off even if the bus is used one way. Exact bus charges and route/seat availability are determined by the transport team and communicated to families.
- Caution deposit: an interest‑free caution deposit is required at admission and is refundable subject to conditions (all dues cleared, no damage to school property). Refunds must be claimed within six months of the end of the academic year or the deposit may be forfeited. The school retains the right to deduct unpaid dues (library, transport, labs, studio, etc.) from the deposit.
- Admission fee: the school lists an Admission Fee as part of the fees payable at admission (Admission Fee is distinct from the online application fee); the handbook treats Admission Fee as non‑refundable. (The handbook does not publish a single numeric Admission Fee amount in the publicly available pages.)
- Uniforms and PE kit: the school requires a formal school uniform and a separate PE kit (alphabet PE T‑shirt and track pants); uniform items are mandatory but the handbook does not publish fixed retail prices for uniform items. Damaged or missing items and failure to adhere to dress code may result in disciplinary measures.
- Library / materials / damage charges: library borrowing is available; any damage to school property or loss of school materials is chargeable to the student's account and may be recovered from the caution deposit. The handbook indicates that charges for damaged property will be applied but does not list fixed amounts for textbooks, lab consumables, or activity charges.
- Examination, assessment or external exam fees: the handbook references required IB/MYP assessments and related processes but does not publish a generic per‑student external examination fee schedule; parents should expect separate charges where external exam registration or external assessment costs apply.
Refund information
- Application fee: non‑refundable.
- Admission fee and tuition: non‑refundable, non‑transferable and non‑prorated under any circumstances once paid. Parents who withdraw a child after the academic year begins remain responsible for full tuition for that academic year in order to receive official documents (transfer certificate, report card, etc.).
- Caution deposit: refundable subject to the school's conditions (all dues cleared, no property damage) and must be claimed within six months after the academic year ends or it may be forfeited; if a student leaves halfway through the year, the caution deposit may not be refunded.
- Transport fees: transport fees are not refunded, prorated or transferable under any circumstance.
Fee payment options
- Accepted payment methods: Online bank transfer (electronic transfer) or Demand Draft (DD). Cheques are not accepted. The handbook indicates these are the required payment channels for school fees.
Summary note on published numeric figures
- The school publishes detailed fee policies (admission/tuition/refund/transport rules) and an online application fee (INR 2,500). A single annual day‑school tuition figure (INR 300,000 per year) appears in public school directory listings; however, the school's publicly available handbook and admissions pages do not publish a full grade‑by‑grade, per‑term numerical fee schedule in the public handbook pages reviewed. For that reason, per‑grade and per‑term numeric line items (for example: exact term amounts for each grade) were not available in the publicly published handbook and admissions pages accessed.
