Step 1: Apply. Complete the online Application Form or contact the Admissions Team to guide you. Primary School admissions (Pre-nursery to Grade 5) do not require a formal written assessment, while Middle and Senior School admissions (Grades 6–12) evaluate candidates based on last class score, entrance test results, and personal interaction. The Admissions Committee comprising the Principal, Academic Coordinator and Admissions Officer reviews each application and determines readiness for admission, with turnaround typically around two days after submission. Step 2: Schedule and clarify. The Admissions Team will schedule a meeting, playdate, or assessment and clarify any queries you may have. Parents and students may visit the campus with a prior appointment to discuss details with the School Counselor. Step 3: Outcome and fees. The Admissions Department will inform you of the outcome within 48 hours of submitting the application. A fee of 1500 Rs is paid when the parent visits the school. Step 4: Documentation and submission. Submit the document checklist with the application: duly filled and signed application form; subject sheet; last class score sheet; colored passport photos of the student and parents; Transfer Certificate; birth certificate; previous report card; passport copies; stay visa (for international students); Aadhar copies; residence proof; immunization record (for students up to Grade 5). Step 5: Mid-session transfers and IB guidance. For students transferring mid-session, IB-related transfer procedures apply, including information sharing via IB Coordinators and requirements for Extended Essay (EE), Theory of Knowledge (TOK), and CAS where applicable.
Amity Global School Gurgaon is an international school in Gurugram, Haryana.
