Social and emotional development is supported through COIS's wellness framework. The school provides Social and Emotional Development and Counselling and mental health services. It maintains a healthy and safe school environment to promote well-being. Health education, physical education, and nutrition services support students' overall well-being and resilience. The Wellness Policy commits to open communication, parent and community involvement, and staff wellness promotion to support students' social-emotional growth.
COIS has a Special Educational Needs policy. It provides early identification of difficulties and communicates available support opportunities and accommodations. The school uses differentiated instruction and mainstreaming with an IB-coordinated approach, supported by a SEN Coordinator and a Learning Support Team. Admissions consider learners with SEN and may require documentation; decisions are made by a specialist team including the Counsellor and Head of School. The school provides inclusive access arrangements for assessments and examinations at school and board levels. Support categories include mental health issues, social, emotional and behavioral difficulties, and other learning needs.
Learning a language in addition to the language of instruction is provided at COIS. The medium of instruction is English for all subjects. Gujarati and Hindi are introduced from PYP 1, and from PYP 2 students may choose between Hindi/Gujarati and French/Spanish. Language offerings include Gujarati, Hindi, French and Spanish across the IB programmes; mother tongue support is promoted.

Calorx Olive International School (COIS) is a private IB World School for ages 3 to 18, offering the IB Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme on a campus in India. The 10-acre site has four blocks—Admin, Primary, Secondary and Junior College—designed for calm spaces. The campus uses wind direction, vastu and sun orientation to support wellbeing, while open-air classrooms connect students with nature.
