Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Admission Enquiry. Parents can call the school or fill the preliminary enquiry form to start the admissions process. The contact numbers are +91-94832-99999 and +91-77602-99995. An enquiry form is provided by the admissions team to gather initial information and guide next steps. This initiates the formal admissions process. 2. Application Form. Prospective students fill out the online application form provided by the admissions team. Parents email the completed, signed and scanned application form to [email protected]. The admissions team acknowledges receipt and explains the next steps, gathering essential information about the student's prior schooling. 3. School Visit. Parents and students are taken on a campus tour to view Candor's facilities and learn about programmes. If visiting in person is not possible, a virtual campus tour is available. The admissions team uses this visit to assess fit and answer questions about programmes and support services. 4. Interactions. Interactions with the Programme Coordinator and the Principal are arranged to discuss the student's goals and potential programme pathways. The discussion covers programme fit, expectations, and relevant needs or supports. 5. Aptitude Tests. Aptitude tests in English and Mathematics are conducted to assess language and numeracy levels. Results inform placement choices and any required learning support. The admissions team uses the outcomes to plan appropriate placement and support. 6. Acknowledgement. A confirmation email is sent to confirm receipt and to guide the applicant through the next steps of the admission process. This ensures the process continues smoothly toward final decision. 7. Fee Payment. Fee payment completes the admission process and confirms enrollment. The school provides details on amounts, due dates, and accepted payment methods. 8. Pre-Admission Procedure. For new enrolments, documents must be submitted: Birth Certificate photocopy; Original Transfer Certificate; Conduct Certificate; Photocopy of scholastic and co-curricular records; Medical records; Four passport-size photographs; and any other necessary information regarding transport, dining, and boarding. 9. Additional Documents for Overseas Students. Overseas students must provide a valid passport; a student visa (regular or provisional); proof of funds for the duration of studies in India; an equivalent certificate from the AIU for students who studied abroad (grades 9–10) to enable admission to Indian universities; the school will provide the necessary documents to support a student visa after registration. 10. Post Admission Procedure. After admission is granted, parents deposit the fees and submit the required documents; they receive an Admission Confirmation email with further formalities if any; uniforms and books can be purchased from the Stores Department; the timetable is issued to the homeroom teacher; the student handbook and parent handbook are shared for policy understanding. 11. For mid-term admissions. Parents must inform the school of their ward's joining date at least one week prior; teachers assist new students with syllabi covered to date. 12. Inclusion. Candor is inclusive and admission is never denied on the grounds of disability or learning differences if resources exist; the SEN Department supports learners and a counsellor is available; scanned clinical assessments are reviewed, and meetings with parents and the student determine the school's ability to provide adequate services. The school reserves the right to cancel enrolment if false information or documentation is provided. 13. Non-Refundable Fee Policy. A non-refundable fee policy applies to all participants upon registration. The policy explains why fees are non-refundable (operational costs, commitment, and preparations), and states that exemptions are not provided; transfers are not allowed; while refunds are not typically offered, a partial refund may be considered if the school cancels the event. How to pay is through the secure online gateway, after which a confirmation email with registration details is sent. Contact for questions is provided by the support team.
