Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard instalment dates: 1st instalment due by 1 June; 2nd instalment due by 1 October; 3rd instalment due by 1 February. Payment of the applicable instalment(s) and one‑time admission payment is required to secure or confirm a place. Withdrawals for the following academic year must be intimated on or before 1 March of the current year.
- Sibling rebate: a sibling rebate of INR 75,000 is available (rules for continuing/new student combinations and multiple siblings are specified by the school).
- Additional support fees: where a student requires English as a Second Language (ESL) guidance or Additional Learning Support (ALS), an extra charge per instalment applies: INR 20,000 per instalment for PYP, INR 25,000 per instalment for Middle School (MSP), and INR 35,000 per instalment for High School students.
Boarding (residential) provision and fees
- Boarding is offered on campus for students from Grade 5 to Grade 12 (weekly and full boarding options are available).

Parents should treat boarding as a separate charge in addition to tuition where applicable.
What is included and excluded from the published tuition
- Inclusions (examples listed with the tuition): meals (breakfast, mid‑morning snack, lunch and evening snack), school formal and sports uniforms (house T‑shirts, socks, shoes), notebooks and stationery, RFID card and co‑curricular activities during school hours, library and computer lab access, and local field trips within Bangalore.

Textbooks, exam registration fees and outstation trips are charged additionally and are not covered by the tuition totals. Separate transport fees apply if school transport is used. Refund and cancellation rules
- Admission fees and other fees once paid are non‑refundable. The school does not offer fee refunds (partial or full) for withdrawals during the academic year except in exceptional medical circumstances supported by appropriate medical documentation. Parents must follow the school withdrawal notice timeline. Certificates and exit formalities are contingent on clearance of outstanding dues.
Accepted payment methods and bank details (payment options)
- Accepted payment channels include the school ERP (student portal), demand draft, cheque, online bank transfer, debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Bank transfer instructions and account details are published for use when paying from within India. Copies acknowledging a bank transfer should be emailed to the Admissions and Accounts teams as instructed at payment.
