The programme offers Bronze, Silver and Gold levels with four mandatory sections: Service, Skills, Physical Recreation, and Adventurous Journey, plus a Residential Project (Gold level only). The award supports college/university admissions and recognition for extra-curricular achievements, and highlights opportunities for youth development and leadership.
The school weaves socio-emotional learning into all classroom and extracurricular activities. Social Emotional Learning sessions are conducted to help students cope with the sudden lockdown situations and rediscover their talents. The distance learning plan includes support for socio-emotional well-being of students through real-time engagements and assignments, and for staff through real-time engagements with school counsellors. The pastoral care team focuses on student well-being with an on-site team of staff including school counsellors, learning support teachers, house-teachers, student advisors, health and medical specialists, psychologists and psychotherapists. Wellbeing is integrated into ongoing practices, with wellness activities and assemblies supporting both students and staff.
Differentiation in teaching methodology is practiced to suit diverse learning needs by offering academic assistance, learning support and ongoing behavioural counselling. An on-site team includes the Head of Pastoral Care, school counsellors and learning support teachers, house-teachers, student advisors, peer support networks, health and medical specialists, psychologists and psychotherapists, as well as experts on nutrition. The school has on-site psychologists and psychotherapists as part of the pastoral care and welfare teams. Prabhjeet Kaur serves as the PYP Learning Support SEN resource. SEN support is integrated with pastoral care to ensure inclusive learning and ongoing behavioural guidance.

The school prioritises socio-emotional development and wellness as core elements of student life. Socio-emotional learning is woven into daily life through pastoral care and wellbeing activities. There is on-site staff support for wellbeing, including school counsellors, psychologists and psychotherapists. The distance learning plan includes real-time engagements with school counsellors to support student and staff wellbeing. Wellness and wellbeing sessions are an ongoing practice for students, with reflexive activities and assemblies.
The school has a Code of Conduct, a Child Protection Policy and safeguarding procedures. Staff and students are expected to report any suspicion or knowledge of child endangerment. The senior leadership team has engaged in child protection training, including attendance at a CIS Child Protection Foundation workshop in February 2018. The safeguarding framework is embedded in pastoral care with dedicated teams such as the Discipline committee and Internal complaints committee.
Admissions are conducted through an online enquiry form; grade options range from Pre-Nursery to Grade XII; academic years available are 2025-26 and 2026-27; the school operates as an IB Continuum School offering PYP, MYP and Diploma Programme.
