Admissions

Admissions

Step 1. Begin the admission journey by filling the Online Application/Enquiry Form with personal details and the preferred grade/curriculum, then submit it. This submission starts the review process. A counsellor will provide guidance through the next steps. Interaction with the admissions team may be arranged as needed.

Step 2. After receiving details via the enquiry form, admission counsellors will connect with you for further discussion and to guide you through the admission process. Interested parents/guardians are invited to personally visit the school campus for an interaction. The counsellors outline the process and requirements during the discussion. Campus interaction is encouraged for engaged families.

Step 3. The admissions committee will carefully assess your submission within 7 to 10 working days and fix the date of interaction/exam for the ward. The committee reviews the information provided in the application and any accompanying documents. This assessment determines readiness for the next step in the process.

Step 4. On the day of the interaction: for Pre-Nursery to Prep admissions, the parents will fill the counselling form. For admissions to Grade 1 and above, after passing the written exam, the child will be called for a personal interview. On the date of the interview, the undertaking form is to be filled. A minimum score of 50% is required to qualify.

Step 5. Once the ward has cleared the assessment, an Enrolment Form is provided and needs to be submitted by the parents, with fees deposited according to the fee slip. One copy of the fee slip is given to accounts, one for the bank, and the admission slip is submitted with the class teacher on the first day of the academic session. These steps complete the enrollment setup for the ward.

Step 6. Submission of required documents with the school: For admissions to Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Prep: Birth Certificate, Vaccination card, Aadhaar card of the child and parent, family photograph, three passport-size photographs of the child, and Parents ID proof. For admissions to Grades 1 & above: Birth Certificate, Progress Report of the previous two classes, Aadhaar Card of the child and parent, two passport-size photographs of the child, Transfer Certificate, and Family photograph. If the parent has been transferred from another place, the original Transfer Letter is required to be submitted with the school.

Step 7. Age Criteria: Pre-Nursery requires the child to be at least 3 years old as on 31st March of the admission year; Nursery requires 4 years; KG requires 5 years; Class 1 requires 6 years. Class 1 onwards follows the same pattern with corresponding age requirements. These criteria determine eligibility for each class.
