1. Admissions period. The school accepts applications throughout the year, although places may not always be immediately available. Applicants are advised to apply early in the year for entry in the following July. The school has an open admissions policy and considers each application on its merit.
2. Eligibility and grade placement. English is the language of instruction. Grade placement is based on Government of Maharashtra regulations and is determined by age as of December 31 in the academic year of entry (Nursery to Grade 12). The school reviews records from the previous school and may request additional documentation, with translations into English when necessary. Some students may be admitted without complete fluency in English, with ESL support available as needed.
3. Admissions procedures for families. Request an application pack from the School Office or by applying online. Submit the completed application form along with all attachments. An Interview/Observation is scheduled for Nursery to Grade 1; an entrance test is scheduled from Grade 2 onwards. On passing the entrance test, the student and parents are called for an interview. The interview is conducted by the Programme Coordinators/Head of Section/Principal. Following a successful outcome and interview, the Admissions Office issues a letter of offer to join the school. Parents pay the required fees within a stipulated period and sign the Agreement detailing fee payment, refund policy, and parental expectations. The school's decision, following the interview, is advised as soon as possible thereafter. Parents who receive the offer letter will be required to pay the fees within the stipulated period.
4. Fees processing. An application processing fee is charged for all applications. For Indian students (including OCI and PIO card holders), the fee is Rs 12,000; for non-Indian students, the fee is Rs 18,000. Payments can be made by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, processed securely. Fees paid are non-refundable.
Merit Scholarship. Scholarship Offered for IBDP - Grade 11 (Academic Year 2026-2027). Eligibility Criteria: Students who achieve 95% and above in their Board Examinations are eligible. This scholarship is applicable across all recognized boards: ICSE, SSC, CBSE, IB, and IGCSE. Scholarship Benefits: 100% waiver on the Admission Fee and a 5 Lakhs discount on the Annual Tuition Fees each year. École Mondiale World School offers the International Baccalaureate Continuum—Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP)—for students aged 3 to 18. English is the language of instruction, with ESL and other language support throughout Early Years to Grade 1 and from Grade 2 onward.
