The campus is fully air-conditioned, creating a comfortable learning environment. Classrooms and labs are fitted with computers, iPads, interactive whiteboards and a Wi‑Fi enabled campus. Students from grade 6 and upwards are expected to bring their own computers to school each day. ÉMWS makes full use of cloud technology with the Google Suite and Managebac for education and communication. The campus has two cafeterias where a nutritionist helps ensure healthy food supports learning.
Sports and physical activities run throughout the year with basketball, soccer and cricket as the most popular team sports. Individual pursuits include swimming, athletics, gymnastics and chess. Students are also offered racket sports such as badminton and table tennis. Taekwondo and karate are the martial arts offered at the school.
École Mondiale World School offers an IB Continuum with the Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme. In the Primary Years Programme, English is used for core literacy and Hindi is taught as a language acquisition option, with Hindi, French and Spanish available in higher grades; Marathi begins from grade 1. In the Middle Years Programme, language offerings include English, with Hindi, French and Spanish as additional language options; subjects include History and Geography, Mathematics, Integrated Sciences, Visual Arts, Drama, Music, Design and Physical Education, plus Service Learning and Personal Project in later years. In the Diploma Programme, students study six subjects across groups with a Core including the Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge and Creativity, Activity, Service. After-school activities include sports, creative pursuits and community service.

École Mondiale World School offers the International Baccalaureate Continuum—Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP)—for students aged 3 to 18. English is the language of instruction, with ESL and other language support throughout Early Years to Grade 1 and from Grade 2 onward. The campus is fully air‑conditioned and fitted with computers, iPads, interactive whiteboards and Wi‑Fi across classrooms and labs; students from Grade 6 bring their own devices. Google Suite and Managebac are used for learning and communication. The school supports a multilingual environment, with Hindi, French and Spanish available in higher grades, and Marathi commencing in Grade 1. The MYP offers modern language options alongside core subjects, and the DP Core includes Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge and Creativity, Activity, Service. After‑school activities cover sports, creative pursuits and community service. ÉMWS Energize is an inter‑school basketball and soccer competition hosted by the school.
