Counselling Programme provides social and emotional counselling for early years, primary, and secondary students. The counselling addresses social and emotional needs alongside academic needs, with confidentiality maintained and sessions available on request or via teacher/parent referral; parents may attend sessions. The school's whole-school professional development also includes awareness and sensitivity toward socio-emotional needs as part of inclusive practice.
The Learning Support Department comprises certified special education teachers, licensed school counsellors, and occupational therapy professionals. It promotes inclusive education through differentiated instruction and learning support, using push-in, pull-out, and mixed models. Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) are developed for students needing targeted support, with collaboration among educators, families, and, when appropriate, outside professionals; accommodations (e.g., readers/writers, assistive technology) and related services may be provided, with confidentiality maintained.
English is the language of instruction; English Language Acquisition (ELA) support is provided for students who have not achieved proficiency for success in the core curriculum. ELA support is primarily in-class; withdrawal support may be offered in specific circumstances and continues until proficiency is reached. The nature of assistance depends on need, and external instruction may be recommended at parental expense.

A designated Child Protection Officer (CPO) and the Principal/CEO handle safeguarding concerns, and concerns can be reported by students to a trusted adult; anonymous reporting is not encouraged to ensure thorough investigation.
École Mondiale World School offers the International Baccalaureate Continuum—Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP)—for students aged 3 to 18. English is the language of instruction, with ESL and other language support throughout Early Years to Grade 1 and from Grade 2 onward.
