Glendale Academy has a 20-year history of achievements and alumni success. It officially launched Glendale Academy and introduced major milestones such as a CBSE senior block and first gym, the PYP programme and an auditorium, and a Harvard Learning Lab with STEM labs. It is India's first Lighthouse School in the Leader in Me programme and received the International School Award from the British Council, with Sean Covey visiting the campus. The school has hosted a range of events and initiatives, including Vanmohatsav, the Go-Green initiative, a Literary Fest, Satrang Art Festival and Umang inter-school Hindi competition, and a New Zealand student exchange.

Coffee with Curriculum sessions and regular Parent-Teacher Meetings support school-parent collaboration; a Glen Care Team for Parent Relations provides a single point of contact. The Parent Lighthouse Group supports the Leader in Me program and Glendale became the first Lighthouse School in India, an initiative that included engagement with Franklin Covey Education and a visit by Sean Covey. A Parent Support Group and a Parent Lighthouse Group work alongside the school to strengthen the Glendale community.
Glendale Academy in India offers CBSE, Cambridge IGCSE, and IB pathway (PYP, MYP and DP) for learners from age 2 to 18. The campus supports Pre-Primary through Higher Secondary education on 10-acre site designed for exploration and collaboration. Interactive Learning Spaces, Lifeskills Studio, VPA Studios, Science Labs, STEAM Lab, Mass Media Lab and library underpin inquiry across subjects. Outdoor facilities include a skating rink, adventure play area, a petting zoo with butterfly garden, a swimming pool and dedicated spaces for sports such as cricket, football, basketball, tennis and badminton.
