Cambridge Primary Grades I–III and Grades IV–V are offered, followed by Cambridge Secondary 1 (Grades VI–VIII) and Cambridge Secondary 2 (IGCSE IX–X). The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) is available for Grades XI–XII. Cambridge Primary and Cambridge Secondary cover language, humanities, sciences, mathematics, and creative/technical subjects, with Group 1 languages including English, Hindi, and Marathi and Group 2 languages including French and Spanish. The IBDP curriculum includes English-language studies, language acquisition, economics/business/history, sciences, mathematics, and the arts, with a minimum subject load of six. The school's mission emphasises international mindedness and developing caring citizens through inquiry-based learning and perseverance.
Speech & Drama, Art, Music, and Dance are offered as part of the creative arts. Physical Education includes Robotics I–II and Coding III, supporting creative and technical skills.

HFS International Powai is an English-language international school in Mumbai offering a dual CAIE and IB programme.
