- Tuition is billed in four instalments per academic year. The instalment amounts published for 2025–26 (old students) are: I, II, III and IV as follows:
- KG 1 & KG 2: I = INR 17,500; II = INR 16,000; III = INR 16,000; IV = INR 16,000. Annual total = INR 65,500.

Practical / subject fees

- For Classes XI and XII the school charges an additional practical fee: INR 600 per subject, per instalment (for listed practical subjects such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Painting, Commercial Art, Hindustani Vocal, Home Science, Informatics Practices, Dance-Kathak, Psychology and Physical Education). These practical fees are charged along with the instalments.

Transport / conveyance fees

- Transport is optional and charged monthly according to route. Conveyance charges vary by pickup point; published route-by-route monthly amounts are listed in the school conveyance chart (examples of monthly charges range from about INR 1,200 to INR 4,700 depending on route). The instalment schedule indicates that the first tuition instalment includes an advance of 2 months' conveyance and later instalments include 3 months' conveyance as indicated on the fee schedule.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition is payable in four instalments each academic year. For the 2025–26 schedule the published due timing is:
- 1st instalment: at time of admission / current date (first instalment historically accepted as Demand Draft for the first instalment).
- 2nd instalment: by 07 July, 2025.
- 3rd instalment: by 07 October, 2025.
- 4th instalment: by 07 January, 2026.
The fee schedule shows the instalment due dates and indicates the first instalment is to be submitted by Demand Draft in favour of "INDIA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, JAIPUR" while subsequent instalments are payable online via the school app. Late or missed payments are handled according to the school's payment rules (payment dates and modes appear on the published instalment sheet).

Payment methods / options

- The published fee documents state the school accepts:
- First instalment by Demand Draft (in favour of the school) and/or cash at time of admission, and
- Subsequent instalments via the school fee app / online payment.
Additional published guidance for IIS-related entities and handbooks shows that fees may also be accepted by bank instruments (NEFT), banker's cheque/Demand Draft and common electronic payment channels (credit card, debit card and mobile payments) where indicated in related IIS payment guidance. Parents should follow the mode and instructions shown on the instalment demand for each instalment.

Boarding / hostel fees (applicability)

- The Mansarovar (main) fee schedule published for 2025–26 sets out tuition instalments and conveyance charges but does not list a residential/hostel boarding fee for the Mansarovar campus fee PDF; no separate hostel‑board fee schedule for the Mansarovar campus appears in that instalment document. A separate IIS Sitapura page and other IIS branches do reference a small security deposit or specific boarding arrangements for their site; any boarding/hostel charges (if applicable for a particular IIS campus) are published separately for that campus. For Mansarovar the published instalment schedule does not include a boarding fee line.

Other costs and typical additional charges

- Conveyance (monthly) — optional and route-dependent, paid as part of instalments (first instalment includes 2 months' advance, later instalments include 3 months' advance as shown on the instalment sheet). Example route amounts appear in the conveyance chart.
- Practical / laboratory subject fees for XI–XII: INR 600 per subject per instalment (listed subjects above).
- Security deposit — historic and branch-specific: older admission notices and the Sitapura branch notice show small interest‑free security deposits for fresh students (example: Sitapura page lists INR 500 as interest-free security deposit for fresh students; older admission notices referenced larger refundable deposits historically). Parents should note some IIS campus documents show a refundable security deposit may be collected.
- Uniforms and books — historically made available via the IIS Book Shop; parents are typically responsible for uniforms and textbooks and the school has historically arranged on-campus book/uniform availability. Uniform and book costs are additional and handled separately at time of admission/uniform issuance.

Refund information

- The school's published admissions notices and admission undertakings state that fees once deposited are not refundable. Some campus documents historically record that only specific deposits (where listed as refundable security deposits) may be refunded under the school's conditions. The general published position in school admission/undertaking documents is that tuition fees once paid are not refundable.
