- Pocket money (recommended annual amount for boarders): commonly listed as around ₹30,000 per year.

Other costs and additional charges

- Books and some materials: fee schedules and parent communications indicate that books are generally included in the annual fee in recent published schedules, though some specialised materials or optional kits may be extra.
- Laptop / device: the school requires students to have a personal laptop in certain programmes (this is commonly listed as a parent expense and is not counted as part of the tuition).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- On receipt of an admission offer, parents must pay the one‑time Admission/Registration fee within two weeks to block the seat. The applicable Security Deposit, Annual Fees, Transportation Charges, Pocket Money and any other applicable fees are to be paid by 1 May for the coming academic year; if the offer is made after 1 May, the onetime fees and other applicable charges are payable within two weeks of the offer.
- Transport confirmation should be made by 1 July and transport fees paid at that time if opting into the school bus service.
- Invoices will identify one‑time charges (registration/admission/security deposit) and recurring charges (annual tuition, transport). The school issues the fee schedule and bank details with each admission/invoice.

Refund and withdrawal policy
- If a family withdraws before the student reports or joins, the school retains only the one‑time fees (registration/admission) and refunds all other amounts paid. If a student withdraws after reporting to boarding or after joining classes, the school refunds only the security deposit (less any additional expenses). These refund and settlement rules apply to new admissions and are part of the school's published admission policy.

Fee payment options
- The school provides bank account details for fee payment and expects parents to use the bank transfer/NEFT/RTGS/IMPS option listed on the fee invoice or schedule. Other electronic or card payment arrangements can be handled through the school Finance Office on request; parents are instructed to contact the school's Admission or Finance team for the precise payment instructions applicable to their invoice.
