Admissions are merit-based and competitive due to limited boarding vacancies per class/curriculum. The admission process comprises four steps: ENQUIRE, APPLY ONLINE, JET 2024-25 (JAIN Excellence Test), and Admission Registration. Scholarships

The Scholarship Program has three categories: Academic Performer, Sport Achiever, Co Curricular. Eligibility applies to new admissions for the academic year 2025-2026 and to students enrolling from Grade 5 to 8 (CBSE or Cambridge Intl) who apply by the due date. Academic Performer criteria require 80% or above in 2–3 school-level exams in 2024-25 and 80% or above in the final exam results of 2023-24 and the mid-term exam of 2024 batch, plus a JET score of 80% or above. Sport Achiever requires exceptional state- or national-level achievement with evidence of certificates. Co Curricular requires wins in recognized Olympiads or other competitions. The scholarship is offered for one year (year of joining for new admissions only of academic year 2025-2026). Points are awarded across categories; the total points determine the scholarship award. The amount ranges from INR 70,000 to INR 1,00,000 as a reduction on the school fees and applies to the applicable fees for the new grade and curriculum. The offer is open only until 31 March 2025 for eligible candidates enrolled with JIRS for AY 2025, subject to meeting the criteria, and the selection includes an assessment of JET results and academic marks; the panel's decision is final, and the scholarship may be withdrawn if any certifications are untrue.
