The campus spans 50 acres in Jaipur, near the Mahindra World City on Ajmer Road. The main building is castle-shaped, a focal point where imagination meets reality. The campus is green and incorporates rainwater harvesting, water recycling, solar heating, energy-efficient and ozone-friendly air-conditioning, with environmental protection and conservation of natural resources integrated into the curriculum from the primary years onward. It is located within minutes of Jaipur's major localities and attractions.
Sports facilities include glass-backed squash courts, an indoor heated swimming pool, a cricket field with five practice nets, three football grounds, as well as indoor and outdoor basketball courts. There are synthetic tennis courts, a gymnasium and indoor sports rooms, plus provisions for horse riding, an athletic track, throw ball, chess, skating, judo, yoga, volleyball, a shooting range and taekwondo. All students participate in one hour of compulsory sports each morning.
Academic spaces include a Chemistry Lab, Robotics Lab, Design and Technology Lab, and a STEM Lab. The campus also houses an Art Room, Sculpture Room, soundproof Music Studio, The Pretend and Play Room, and a Sensory Exploration Lab, supporting science, technology, arts and other disciplines across year groups.
Extra-curricular activities cover music, performing arts, visual arts, community service, Model United Nations and TEDx Youth. Music features soundproof studios and a wide range of instruments. Performing Arts include biannual dance workshops with the Shiamak Davar Institute and an annual day performance, with dance offered as an IB subject. Visual Arts encompass painting, graphic design, sculpture, installation, digital media, photography, ceramics and an annual art exhibition. JPIS participates in Model United Nations conferences, including WFUNA events and other major conferences, and has hosted TEDxYouth events.
