- Admission formalities require submission of documents and payment of required fees within three working days from receipt of the admission confirmation.

Boarding / residential provision
- The school operates as a day school; there is no boarding fee applicable. Transport services are offered separately and any transport charges are additional to the fees shown above.

Other recurring or optional charges
- Cafeteria / meal charges are billed quarterly (amounts shown above by year group).
- Transport (school bus) is available as a separate service; transport fees are additional and charged separately from the composite tuition.
- Any additional exam, subject, or mission‑specific charges (external exam fees, Cambridge/board exam fees, optional trips, specific activity costs) are charged separately as applicable by year/grade. (Where the fee schedule lists “Other one‑time fees” this is an additional one‑time charge at admission.)

Refund information
- The security deposit (INR 25,000) is refundable subject to the school's withdrawal and notice rules. The school requires one month's notice before the end of the quarter or one month before the end of session for refund of the security deposit; failure to give the required notice can make the next quarter's fee applicable and may lead to forfeiture of the security deposit. If a student withdraws after the session has started, the fee paid for the current quarter is forfeited and only the security deposit is refundable (subject to notice conditions and clearance of dues). Refunds are processed after receipt of a completed withdrawal application and relevant documents; refund cheques are issued following verification and are processed within the timeframes set by the school.

Fee payment options (methods)
- Admissions and fee collection are processed through the school's online admissions/collection platform (Meritto / NoPaperForms). That platform supports online payment modes including credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets and net‑banking, and also provides institutional payment/voucher and counter‑payment options; the school accepts payments through the platform and through the payment channels enabled on it.
