Billing schedule and payment terms

- Quarterly billing periods and due dates (tuition):
- 1st quarter (July–Sept) — due 15 July.
- 2nd quarter (Oct–Dec) — due 15 September.
- 3rd quarter (Jan–Mar) — due 15 December.
- 4th quarter (Apr–June) — due 15 March.

- Currency and payment methods:
- All fees are collected in Indian Rupees (INR) only. Payment may be made by cheque, wire (bank transfer), or credit card (invoice will include payment details).

- Late payment and related terms:
- Payments received after the due date incur a late payment charge (published schedule shows INR 500 per day for late payments). A student enrolling after the official payment dates must pay outstanding term(s) immediately and an additional 12% on the outstanding amount. Students who leave during a quarter forfeit the balance of the fees for that quarter.

- Sibling discount: 10% discount for the first sibling (two‑child family) and 20% for the second sibling (three‑child family) as published.

Transport, lunch and other recurring charges

- Transport (2025–26 published rates):
- Residents within a 15 km radius of the school: INR 66,000 per annum.
- Residents beyond a 15 km radius of the school: INR 99,000 per annum.

- Lunch and cafeteria: lunch is available at additional cost; menus and meal pricing are published/updated by the school and billed separately. The annual tuition generally covers the majority of classroom resources, IB exam fees and many field trips, but competitive teams, some international excursions and some specialist external providers incur extra charges.

- Uniforms and small charges:
- Students wear a school uniform; uniforms (school shirt and PE uniform) are available from the school store and are purchased separately. A swim kit is required for swim lessons and can be purchased locally. Replacement ID card fee: INR 850. Additional itemised costs (books, extra‑curricular providers, some excursions) may be charged separately.

Boarding / hostel fees (where applicable)

- The school's current published admissions and fees material for AY 2025–26 does not include a published boarding fee schedule. Some third‑party listings that reference the historic Mercedes‑Benz International School name have indicated an annual hostel/boarding charge in the region of INR 250,000; those listings are not part of the school's current published fee schedule.

Refunds and cancellation

- Application fee: non‑refundable (INR 5,000).
- Admission fee: the admission fee secures the place; the published schedule explains the split for Early Years entrants (INR 50,000 initially; balance on entry to PYP1) but does not provide a broad refundable‑refund table in the public fee summary. Parents are informed that a student leaving early forfeits the balance of the fees for the quarter in which the student departs. No comprehensive multi‑line refund schedule is published in the public fee summary.

Other payment notes and administrative points

- All fees are payable to the school's bank accounts in INR; invoices will supply the account and payment instructions. Employers and third‑party arrangements do not remove parental responsibility for payment. The school reserves the right to change the fee structure and to apply published late‑payment charges.
