Billing schedule and payment terms
- At admission: application fee, admission fee, required security deposit and the applicable imprest are payable as one‑time sums at enrollment.
- Tuition may be paid as a single annual payment or in instalments; instalment plans are offered. Examples in this overview show per‑term amounts calculated by dividing annual fees by three to illustrate per‑term liability if fees are split into three equal instalments. Exact instalment schedules, due dates and any late‑payment charges are provided by the admissions/finance office at the time of offer.
Other costs and optional charges
- Optional charges include boarding (if chosen) and transport (if chosen) as listed above. Additional optional or extracurricular charges (for special trips, camps, optional activities or external programmes) may apply and are charged separately when applicable. Imprest balances and incidental charges are adjusted against the imprest held.
Refund information
- The security deposit is refundable as per the school's policies. The admission fee is a one‑time payment charged at joining; security deposit refund mechanics are handled through the school's finance procedures.

- Accepted payment methods: debit cards, credit cards, UPI and net banking via the school's secure online fee payment portal. Instant receipts are issued on successful online payment.
