How students are nurtured, understood, and kept safe

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

The school inculcates values of gratitude, self-awareness and empathy, creating socially responsible global citizens who respect others and their environment.

Special Educational Needs (SEN)

The school counsels students with CWSN and their parents about the school's support for the student; collaborates with teachers and coordinators to strategize different ways of dealing with CWSN in the classroom; tracks the progress of such students and records the data to be used by the school when needed; provides remedial classes.

English as an Additional Language (EAL)

The Middle School English language programme stresses the basic skills of reading, writing, spelling, grammar and vocabulary, as well as creative writing and an appreciation of literature. Hindi is taught as the second compulsory language up to Grade VIII. Students are given a choice from Sanskrit and French as the third language from Grade VI along with English and Hindi.

Mental Wellbeing

Pupil wellbeing is at the core of our school. Our aim is to support and promote the physical and mental wellbeing of our students. We teach all our pupils the importance of physical and mental health; whether through lessons, peer counselling, yoga sessions or mindfulness lessons.

Safeguarding

Neerja Modi School is committed to safeguarding every child's right to feel secure, respected, and protected. It maintains a zero-tolerance stance toward child abuse, harassment, and exploitation in any form. The school conducts child safety sensitization training for all staff members to apprise them of the Child Protection Policy and to help create a safe learning environment. There is a POCSO committee, a Disciplinary Action Committee, a Grievance Redressal Committee, and an Internal Complaint Committee to ensure child safety.

Neerja Modi School is a co-educational day school in Jaipur, Rajasthan, established in 2001. It follows the CBSE curriculum for Grades 1–12 and is affiliated with CBSE (Affiliation No. 1730210).
