Billing schedule and payment terms

- Fee instalment schedule:
- 1st instalment: at the time of admission.
- 2nd instalment: 1st week of August.
- 3rd instalment: 1st week of December.

- Tuition fees are calculated on an annual basis and are payable termly in advance.
- If fees are not paid by the last date of payment a fine of 2% will be charged on a month-on-month basis.

Optional / additional recurring costs

- School lunch (optional): INR 17,000 to be paid along with each instalment (i.e., INR 17,000 per instalment). This means INR 51,000 per year if lunch is taken for all three instalments.

- Bus service (optional): INR 16,200 to be paid along with each instalment (i.e., INR 48,600 per year if bus service is taken for all three instalments). The school operates its own buses.

- Fees for tuition in any special skill or extra programmes will be charged extra on a cost-to-cost basis.

- Uniforms, books, stationery and certain utilities are not included in the instalment fees and must be procured separately.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not provided; the school operates as a day school and offers bus transport as a paid optional service.

Refund and withdrawal rules

- If a regular student withdraws, a two-month prior intimation to the Principal is required for the application of the Transfer Certificate; the fee paid for the term will not be refunded.

- In the case of a new enrolment where the student withdraws the enrolment/registration, no refund will be provided.

- Admission Kit (INR 1,000) is non-refundable. The 1st instalment used to confirm placement is non-refundable.

Fee payment options

- Accepted modes of payment include online wire transfer, cash, cheque, credit card and debit card; the school also indicates direct debit or credit card as termly payment options.

Notes on penalties and annual increases

- A late payment fine of 2% per month is applied where fees are not paid by the last date. Fees for optional special skills or programmes are charged in addition to the instalment fees.

- A general yearly increase in fees (approximate guideline) may be expected; the school indicates an approximate annual increase in fees as guidance.
