Founded in August 2008, Oberoi International School began with a founding cohort of 38 students at the Goregaon campus (OGC). A second campus, JVLR, opened in 2017-18 to extend the IB continuum across Nursery through Grade 12. The school operates as One School, Two Campuses under the Board of Trustees of the Oberoi Foundation, with a unified curriculum, governance and fee structure. Both campuses run the IB Continuum (PYP, MYP and DP) and share guiding principles, administrative guidelines and a common fee structure. Today, OIS serves 3,100+ students across two campuses, with 30+ nationalities among staff and students, and an alumni network of 1,402 graduates.

Oberoi International School (OIS) is an international IB Continuum school in Mumbai with two campuses: Oberoi Garden City Campus in Goregaon East and the JVLR Campus in Jogeshwari East. Catering to ages 3–18, it offers the IB PYP (Nursery–Grade 5), MYP (Grade 6–10) and DP (Grade 11–12) across both sites under One School, Two Campuses. The school is IB authorised and CIS and NEASC accredited, and part of the IB Preferred Partner network. The two campuses educate 3,100+ students from over 30 nationalities, supported by 200+ teachers at JVLR and an alumni network of 1,402. Extracurriculars include Performing Arts (music, drama, dance) and Visual Arts, plus broad sports and Beyond Academics programs, such as MUN, Nutty Scientist and Hackathon.
