Pathways School Gurgaon is an IB Continuum day school on a 13-acre, LEED Platinum campus globally along the Faridabad–Gurgaon Road in Gurugram. It offers the full International Baccalaureate continuum: Primary Years Programme for Pre‑Nursery to Grade 5, Middle Years Programme for Grades 6 to 10, and either the Diploma Programme or Career-related Programme for Grades 11 and 12. Billing schedule and payment terms

The school requires an annual incremental top‑up as needed to bring the Refundable Security Deposit to parity with two instalments of the then applicable Composite Fee.

Other costs and exclusions (not included in the Composite Fee)

- The Composite Fee excludes charges for uniforms, textbooks, annual camps, off‑campus activities and sports, external examinations, college applications, specialised projects, additional subject support, insurance, visas, and other incidental charges. These items are charged separately as applicable.

Refund, withdrawal and notice terms

- Withdrawals can only occur at the end of a semester. End of Semester 1 withdrawals must be intimated by 30 November; end of academic year withdrawals must be intimated by 30 April. Withdrawals notified after these dates will attract a Notice Period Fee equivalent to two instalments of the Composite Fee applicable for the student for the following semester.
- The IB Career-related Programme fee is explicitly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Refundability of security and contingency deposits is stated; specific operational timelines for refund processing are governed by the school's policies and handbook.

The Diploma Programme core includes Theory of Knowledge, Extended Essay and Creativity, Activity and Service. Scholarships

International Schools Scholarship Programme: Pathways aims to award scholarships to exceptional, highly motivated and deserving students in Academics, Sports and The Arts. Scholarships are merit cum need based; available to new students entering Grades 9 or 11 and awarded for a two-year academic period, renewed annually based on continued performance. Scholarships may cover 25%, 50% or 75% of the annual composite school fee, depending on assessed need. In addition to the three fields, leadership, technology, design, service or other areas of merit may be eligible. While primarily available to Grades 9 or 11, Sports and The Arts scholarships may be available for entry into Grades 6 to 8, awarded sparingly.
