Introduction

Pathways School Noida offers a full International Baccalaureate continuum within a day-school setting. The curriculum starts with Pathways Early Years Programme for Pre-Primary, followed by the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) for Nursery to Grade 5, the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) for Grades 6–10, and the IB Diploma Programme (DP) for Grades 11–12. The IB Career-related Programme (CP) is available for Grades 11–12. The school emphasises inquiry-based learning, personal development, cross-disciplinary connections and international-mindedness. It is recognised as the first IB Continuum School in North India. Tuition — Composite School Fee (annual and per‑term by year group)

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Regular instalment due dates: 15 May, 15 August, 15 November, 15 February. Two instalments of the Composite School Fee are payable at the time of admission as the refundable security deposit (details specified on the invoice). Late payments attract a penalty of 2% per month. Payments not received within 45 days of the pay‑by date may result in cancellation of admission. A notice‑period fee equal to two instalments of the Composite School Fee applicable to the semester will be charged for withdrawals without proper notice. Annual payment of all fee components by 15 May attracts a 5% rebate on the Composite School Fee. Sibling rebate of 10% applies to the younger sibling on Composite School Fee and Transport Fee; alumni children receive a 50% rebate on the one‑time Admission Fee.

Other costs and optional fees

- Transport (optional; distance‑banded, payable twice a year on 15 May and 15 November): Up to 10 km: INR 48,000; 10–20 km: INR 60,000; Above 20 km: INR 72,000. Distance is calculated per bus route.

- Learning Support (optional/additional): INR 1,65,000 (payable as per schedule shown on the fee invoice). English Support (optional): INR 1,35,000. These are listed as additional/optional fee items and are payable per the school's stated schedule.

New joiners are required to maintain a Contingency Deposit (example: Rs. 15,000 noted for Grades 1–12; an additional Rs. 10,000 is noted for new joiners to cover initial purchases/expenses). Refunds and non‑refundables

- Application & Registration Fee is non‑refundable. The IB career‑related study fees charged by partner providers are non‑refundable and non‑transferable as per the provider terms. The school's published policy notes that transaction fees charged by payment processors are not refundable and that, in general, certain fees once paid are non‑refundable; refundable deposits are returned subject to the school's settlement procedures and conditions on exit/clearance. 1. School Visit: Pathways School Noida welcomes visits by appointment with the Head of Admissions & Communication to discuss with or without your child. 2. Application: Parents provide information honestly on the admission application form. Adverse information will not automatically bar admission and can help create a suitable environment; wrong information or concealment discovered later may lead to cancellation. 3. Interaction: The interaction is pleasant and non-intimidating and is normally conducted by the Head of Admissions, School Director, and the respective Principal. We seek to learn about the child's educational development, language use, social skills, academic enthusiasm, and extra-curricular interests; applicants should bring examples of schoolwork and, for primary candidates, a book they are currently reading. 4. Admissions during the year: Admissions during the year allow parents to register at any time. An interaction is scheduled when a place becomes available. 5. Admission: On being offered admission, pay the one-time admission fee and a refundable security deposit within two weeks to secure admission; the student is issued a unique Student ID. Parents also fill and submit various forms and declarations with the admissions acceptance letter. 6. Pre Term: The Pre-Term Program is a 6- to 8-week program for students transferring from CBSE/ICSE and other boards. It commences in April, aims to close academic and cultural gaps, and seats are limited on a first-come basis.
