Admissions

Admissions

Admission is conducted online for Shiv Nadar School Noida. To begin, select the Noida campus, verify your phone number via OTP, and fill the admission form with child and parent details. The registration fee is INR 2,000 and is non-refundable; payment is online after confirming age criteria and seat availability for the grade applied to. Upload clear copies of required documents, including the child's birth certificate, passport photographs of the child and parents, copies of identity proofs for the child and parents, proof of address, immunization records, and the last progress report (for KG onwards), along with any additional documents listed. After submission, a PDF of the completed form can be downloaded. To apply for more than one child, log in from the same account and start a NEW APPLICATION for the second child. For Grade 11, pre-board results and migration certificate may be required. The age criteria for Academic Year 2026-27 are: Foundation Year 3 years, Nursery 4 years, Kindergarten 5 years, and Grade 1 6 years as of March 31, 2026. Seats are limited and registration does not guarantee admission; the Early Years draw may be conducted for shortlisted applications. Internal selection criteria include points for siblings and staff, gender ratio, and the diversity of parent profiles.
