Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Fill the Enquiry form to begin the admissions process. Submitting the Enquiry form initiates contact with the school. The Enquiry form is available online. You will be guided on next steps and seat availability.
2. Procure the Admission Application Package online. The package contains the forms and documents required for admission. There are limited seats in almost all grades and the pool of applications will be considered before offers are made. The next step is to submit the application online.
3. Submit a duly filled application online. The online application must be completed and submitted. The Admission desk will arrange an appointment for a one to one counseling session and a complete school tour.
4. Attend the counseling and tour; proceed to the review phase. The Admission desk arranges an appointment for a counseling session and a school tour. Following the review, the candidate may or may not be called for a personal interaction session. If selected, the candidate with parents may be invited to the school for an interaction session.
5. Review outcome and potential interaction. Based on the review and any interaction, a decision is made in consideration of seat availability. If invited, the parent and student may attend a further interaction session at the school.
6. Confirm admission by blocking the seat. Based on seat availability, upon receiving the letter of invitation to join the school, parents need to pay the fees to block the seat. On receiving the payment and all required documents, the admission process is deemed complete.

Waitlist

Limited seats exist in almost all grades. The school will consider the pool of applications before admission offers are made. Submitting the online admission form does not guarantee admission. Seat availability determines offers.

Scholarships and Financial Aid

Chairman's Excellence Scholarship is offered based on Grade 9 and 10 results. Applicants must submit the SIS Scholarship Application form; deadlines vary by grade level and student status (Grade 11 new applicants, SIS students in Grade 11, and Grade 12). Eleven scholarships are offered in total, with up to 50% or 25% of tuition fees for Grades 11 and 12, depending on performance. Eligibility for Grade 11 external applicants requires a high Grade 10 aggregate (95% or above for national curriculum; 8 A for IGCSE with no subject below A), plus demonstrated distinctions in sports, cocurricular activities, and leadership or service activities. SIS students must have 8 A in IGCSE or equivalent and meet similar nonacademic criteria. For Grade 12, scholarships are based on Grades 11 and final IBDP results, with specified score thresholds and continued eligibility criteria. The scholarship process requires submitting the scholarship application via the SIS portal, optional reference letters, a 600-word personal statement, and, for some cases, an interview. Applications for Grade 11 and Grade 12 scholarships are submitted online (via provided forms).
